Vista Bay Rehabilitation begins treatment with their hot sauna detoxification process. The process is employed upon entry into the program and combines responsible fluid intake and vitamin supplementation.

After an individual has gone through detoxification and the life skills courses, a comprehensive discharge plan is written. The discharge plan is designed to contain individualized goals, strategies and tactics for permanent sobriety upon graduation from the Vista Bay Drug rehabilitation program.
